My journey into the world of education began with failure. Like many others, I struggled within the confines of the traditional schooling structures. Yet, through perseverance and determination (and lots of retaking of exams and coursework) I discovered the power of enquiry-based learning—the idea that true knowledge is found not through rote memorisation, but through curiosity-driven exploration.
My path in education hasn't always been straightforward but my own struggles ignited a fire within me to help others navigate their educational journeys. With over 7 years of experience in the health writing industry, and two science degrees under my belt, I've had the privilege of delving into topics that bridge the realms of science and personal development.
Due to my own difficult experiences navigating education, I became deeply passionate about empowering adult learners to take control of their learning experiences, whether academically or professionally.
